Arms of Love Foster Care
Wednesdays | Aug. 14th - OCt. 16th | 7:00-8:30pm
We view foster and respite care as a mission field. Foster parents minister in their own living rooms as they open their hearts and homes to children and care for their varied and often challenging needs. We believe the church exists to address needs such as this one. Upon completing the course you will be fully certified for both foster and respite care.
There will be no class on 8/21, 9/25, and 10/2.
We’re working on scheduling a CPR/First aid class at the church on October 16th or 23rd.
To obtain certification, families will need to pay approximately $30 for CPR certification. Childcare is available for this class for $35 per family.

Work alongside locals to build a house for a family living in poverty. This family has worked 200+ hours in their community to earn this house. We will be working in the barrios of a resort town, Puerto Penasco, Mexico. Also know as “Rocky Point,” located 4 hours southwest of Tucson. Why Houses? The safety, security, and peace that comes from adequate shelter are fundamental to developing a healthy spiritual and physical life. Children having a home to study in, rest and be cared for is at the core of long-term poverty alleviation.
