Baptism

We believe baptism is an act of worship, a proclamation, a representation, and a celebration.

Believer’s baptism is a symbolic expression of the heart's "appeal to God." It is a way of saying to God with our whole body, "I trust you to take me and make Jesus the substitute for my sins.” Baptism is a picture of Jesus’ death, burial and resurrection. It is an outward expression of an inward transformation.

I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. So the life I now live in the body, I live because of the faithfulness of the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
